My name is Michael Schindler. I started in the financial services industry 15 years ago as a stock broker/financial consultant. I eventually migrated to the banking sector and became a branch manager with a local bank. Later, I opened a mortgage branch with Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. (they since have filed for bankruptcy). My wife and I started CTC Properties, LLC as a way of helping people become educated and help them prepare to buy a home. We personally own rental properties and understand the pro's and con's of buying and selling real estate and being landlords. We are not realtors and never will be. We are experienced investors that are here to help you in any capacity you need. Now is the best time to look at buying real estate but, before you jump in and do it, we make sure you are educated about this industry.
